BUSY WEEK FOR TM

this week was crazy with everything happening. we received new members from all over Johannesburg's top clubs that enrolled. student from Q Chong DragonPower Cape town, students from Kickboxing clubs in Joburg, students from Nathan Raaths QT BJJ gym etc. We did crazy one on one client work, crazy workouts and we finalised the deal on our new Hannibal training area, hopefully coming soon. New fighters joined the TOUGH GUYS FIGHT TEAM and our fighters is training hard for upcoming fights. THE KING, NOISY BOY and RAMPAGE beat there time with a FULL 1min flat, beating there prevouis time with one of the SPARTAN PROGRAMs. Congrats Guys, u did well. The girls say they are going to beat that time in there class. (i see a challenge) We also going to start our new Non-comppetitive MMA classes soon. its all the goodies of MMA without the sparring. now business people, reps, models can join the amazing sport of TM MMA and not go to work with broken noses. what a week. hopefully next week will be more crazier. TEAMMENDES OF RUSTENBURG DOMINATES

teammendesMMA & FITNESS guru's training club has hardly been opened for 8months and our fighters are dominating the MMA scene. 3 fighters- Roelof 'the wolf' Scheepers, Ethiene 'the excecutioner' Jacobs and Morne 'chap' Prinsloo all won there fights under 3min. They dominated with fitness, skill, technique and hard core MENDES VALE TUDO groundnpound. Roelof W with ML. Ethiene W with TKO. Morne W with mount TKO. We are training athletes in all aspects of dance, fitness, strongman, mma fighting etc, one of our strongman recently came 2(second) in the over all strongman training with limited training and was beat by the SA strongman champion. Our youngest teammendes member 3and half years old won 3gold medals at his recent school athlethics games. We are only starting to control the fitness, fighting and dance scene, watch out TEAMMENDES IS COMING

Luis Mendes to fight on Ken Shamrock fight card

I just got signed to fight on Ken Shamrock's card. A officail Lionsden tournament in Nov
Ken is also fighting-main event. I am fighting on the same card as Ken Shamrock
I am fighting a congolese fighter. I am starting to train very hard for this fight, I only have
6weeks left. Can't wait, its gonna be xplosive.

Congrats to my fighter Karl'themenace'Thieroff who fought C Wasserman on the
main event of the night on XFC fight club.

Jules,Cliff,Dave are training hard for there upcoming fights,the baddest news this week was for Cliff,
he trained with Coach on Saturday morning for some extra pointers and Coach KO'd him. What a hook.
After Cliff came off from the mat, he said ''wow that felt crazy, but I feel tougher now''
